5-Day Refund or Exchange

You can request a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. The watch must be unworn and unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@logueswatches.com to request a return. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label with simple instructions. Please note that items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved. This ensures you get the watch you want without delay.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, write to us at info@logueswatches.com.
